"In my dealings with Matt this past week, he went above and beyond my expectations and walked me through every level of concern/any questions that I had in comparing my previous insurance (GEICO) and State Farm's level of coverage. I would recommend any and all friends/family to check out Michelle Twitchell's team because they not only cut my insurance almost in HALF/6months, but they truly made me feel like family. What could it hurt just giving them a chance to show you what they offer?! You don't have to switch, but I get the feeling they will do everything in their power to earn your business/trust! "Matt Cacheux was outstanding, he took the time to explain everything in detail and was able to give me a lot more coverage and save me more than half on my auto policy. I was paying $220 a month for 2 cars. I've done multiple quotes with other companies in the past year and kept getting around the same premium. Matt got both vehicles for $92 per month. On top of that he saved me around $400 on my home policy. It was a no brainer to make the switch and easier than I though. Do yourself a favor and at least let them do a quote for you."

"Horrible. I opted for State Farm after decades with another carrier only to be cancelled a month later. (??) A black mark on my A+ insurance rating. Even after finding new (better) insurance, the SF team could not manage to properly transfer me. I never spoke to the owner Michelle Twitchell - only to slick "phone producers" (out of state?) or office gal, who was curt. Really poor experience. Find an independent broker to get better options over online bots."
