"My concern was handled quickly and professionally by Melanie. The rate for my car insurance had increased dramatically and as you can imagine I was not happy. After reviewing multiple options i settled on a change that i could live with given the age of my vehicle. In the future it would be nice if renewals came with a minimum of three possible solutions for us to review and analyze right on the policy notice.
